The data presented in this article are related to the research paper entitled "Cuticle ultrastructure of from Northeast China and its implication in Taxonomy and Palaeoenvironment" (Guignard et al. 2019 [1]. The data correspond to a study of the ultrastructural fine cuticle details of fossil (Ginkgoales) from the Lower Cretaceous Huolinhe Formation in Holingola of East Inner Mongolia, Northeast China. Two sets of data are provided here: 1/ thickness measurements of the layers of four types of cuticles, i.e. ordinary epidermal cells and stomatal apparatus, 2/ ten EDS element analysis of ordinary epidermal cell cuticle layers; the latter data also contain cuticle layers values of from the Lower Jurassic Xiangxi Formation in Zigui of Hubei Province, Central China used for comparison in the research article; EDS cell remnant values of are also included. Some of these data have been used efficiently for taxonomy and palaeoenvironment topics. As they are the first data for genera and of the Ginkgoales, they can serve in the future for considerations of taxonomical comparisons, palaeoreconstructions, palaeoenvironment and evolution.

Bisphenol F (BPF) is an environmental endocrine disruptor capable of crossing the placental barrier and affecting the growth and development of offspring. Despite its potential impact, systematic research about effects of BPF on the reproductive function of male offspring remains limited. In this study, pregnant female mice were exposed to BPF at doses of 40, 400, and 4000 μg/kg during gestation and lactation, respectively, to evaluate its impact on testicular damage, testosterone levels, and spermatogenesis of male offspring (F1 generation), and further explore the mechanisms using transcriptomics.

The integration of membrane separation with heterogeneous advanced oxidation processes is a prospective strategy for the elimination of contaminants during wastewater treatment. Fe-based catalysts and the green oxidant peracetic acid (PAA) are desirable candidates for the development of catalytic membranes because they are environmentally friendly. However, the construction of catalytic ceramic membranes (CMs) modified with efficient Fe-based catalysts that generate increased amounts of high-valent Fe-O species during PAA activation for the degradation of specific pollutants, especially during instantaneous membrane filtration, remains challenging.

Aquaculture systems contribute to atmospheric NO, but the magnitude of this NO source is largely uncertain. Here, we synthesized data from 139 aquaculture sites based on 59 peer-reviewed publications, and estimated that China's aquaculture systems emitted 9.68 Gg N yr (4.

Aims: NAD deficiency underlies obesity-induced metabolic disturbances. This study evaluated dihydronicotinamide riboside (NRH), a potent NAD enhancer, in lean and obese mice and explored whether NRH operates through a unique mechanism involving adenosine kinase (ADK), an enzyme critical for NRH-driven NAD synthesis.
Methods: Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses were performed following a single 250 mg/kg intraperitoneal injection of NRH in healthy mice.

Acetochlor is a widely used and highly effective herbicide. Its overuse poses significant threats to biosecurity and ecological integrity, particularly affecting free-ranging birds. Data on its impact, especially mechanisms of liver toxicity in chickens, are lacking.
