Background: In recent years the Internet of Things (IoT) has become a popular technological culture in the physical education system. Though several technologies have grown in the physical education system domain, IoT plays a significant role due to its optimized health information processing framework for students during workouts.
Objective: In this paper, an advanced dynamic information processing system (ADIPS) has been proposed with IoT assistance to explore the traditional design architecture for physical activity tracking.
Method: To track and evaluate human physical activity in day-to-day living, a new paradigm has been integrated with wearable IoT devices for effective information processing during physical workouts. Continuous observation and review of the condition and operations of various students by ADIPS helps to evaluate the sensed information to analyze the health condition of the students.
Results: The result of ADIPS has been implemented based on the performance factor correlation with the traditional system.

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) refers to cognitive alterations with preservation of functionality. Individuals with this diagnosis have a higher risk of developing dementia. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as physical exercise, are beneficial for the cognition of this population.

Background: Patients with transfemoral amputation experience socket-related problems and musculoskeletal overuse injuries, both of which are exacerbated by asymmetric joint loading and alignment. Bone-anchored limbs are a promising alternative to treat chronic socket-related problems by directly attaching the prosthesis to the residual limb through an osseointegrated implant; however, it remains unknown how changes in alignment facilitated through a bone-anchored limb relate to loading asymmetry.
Questions/purposes: What is the association between femur-pelvis alignment and hip loading asymmetry during walking before and 12 months after transfemoral bone-anchored limb implantation?
Methods: Between 2019 and 2022, we performed 66 bone-anchored limb implantation surgeries on 63 individuals with chronic socket-related problems.

Auxetic materials hold tremendous potential for many advanced applications, but candidates are quite scarce, especially at two dimensions. Here, we focus on two-dimensional (2D) metal dichalcogenides and dihalides with the chemical formula MX2 by screening structures sharing the P4̄m2 space group among 330 MX2 compounds from the computational 2D materials database. Via high-throughput first-principles computations, 25 stable MX2 (M = Mg, Ca, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ge, Cd, Sn; X = F, Cl, Br, I, O, S, Se) systems with in-plane negative Poisson's ratios (NPRs) are successfully identified.

Sepsis is a global health challenge, characterized by a dysregulated immune response, leading to organ dysfunction and death. Despite advances in medical care, sepsis continues to claim a significant toll on human lives, with mortality rates from 10-25% for sepsis and 30-50% for septic shock, making it a leading cause of death worldwide. Current diagnostic methods rely on clinical signs, laboratory parameters, or microbial cultures and suffer from delays and inaccuracies.

Monolayer MoS, a compound in two-dimensional TMDs, exhibits excellent physical and chemical properties due to its sandwich structure, making it widely used in the design of nanodevices. We investigated the impact of GaN substrates on the thermal and electronic properties of monolayer MoS. The results reveal that the polarity of the GaN substrate significantly affects the thermal conductivity of monolayer MoS.
