Vulvovaginal enterobiasis is underreported and an often-missed diagnosis in prepubertal girls presenting with isolated nocturnal vulvar pruritus. An 8-year-old-girl with intense nocturnal vulvar itching for 4 months was diagnosed with enterobiasis after microscopy of a vaginal swab revealed Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm) ova. The child and her family were treated with two doses of oral albendazole, 2 weeks apart, resulting in symptom resolution.

Due to its association with HPV infection, the incidence of vulvar cancer is increasing in young women; however, during pregnancy, it is still extremely rare. CASE REPORT We present the case of a 36-year-old pregnant woman at 23 weeks of pregnancy, diagnosed with HPV 16-associated VSCC, Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IB.

Human papillomavirus (HPV), the predominant viral infection affecting the anogenital tract, is closely linked to the development of intraepithelial neoplasia and malignancies in the cervix and other anal regions. Currently, 15 high-risk HPVs (HR-HPVs) and 3 potential HR-HPV types have been recognized as contributors to cervical cancer. Consequently, it is imperative to conduct HR-HPV screening using suitable tests in order to identify precancerous lesions and prevent the development of cancer.

Acquired vulvar lymphangioma (AVL) is a rare but important condition that requires prompt diagnosis and appropriate management to alleviate symptoms and prevent complications. AVL can erupt locally as isolated or clustered lesions which range from translucent, fluid-filled vesicles to smooth, flesh-colored papules or nodules that exude serous or crystalline liquid spontaneously or after trauma. Clinically, it can also be asymptomatic.

Lichen sclerosus is a chronic inflammatory condition of unknown etiology that affects the genital and extragenital skin, which can lead to sexual dysfunction and has been associated with vulvar cancer. The vaginal microbiome has a critical role in gynecologic health, but little is known about the microbiome in lichen sclerosus. This study investigated the vaginal and vulvar microbiomes of 27 post-menopausal women with lichen sclerosus.
