Background: With the increasing implementation of patient online record access (ORA), various approaches to access to minors' electronic health records have been adopted globally. In Sweden, the current regulatory framework restricts ORA for minors and their guardians when the minor is aged between 13 and 15 years. This study sheds light on how journalists respond to evolving debates within academia around topics including research integrity, improper use of metrics to measure research quality and impact, and the risks and benefits of the open science movement. It does so through a codebook thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with 19 health and science journalists from the Global North. We find that journalists' perceptions of these academic controversies vary widely, with some displaying a highly critical and nuanced understanding and others presenting a more limited awareness.

This system not only focuses on the precise classification of vulnerability data but also emphasizes its core role in strengthening the network security management framework. Introduction: Outpatient cancer counseling centers (OCCs) are important social work facilities that provide support for cancer survivors who have psychosocial and sociolegal challenges. This paper explores clinical and sociodemographic characteristics, psychosocial burden as well as access routes of clients in OCCs seeking work-related counseling.
Methods: Between May 2022 and December 2023, data were collected in 19 OCCs, using questionnaires and documentation by counselors.

Metastatic uveal melanoma (UM) patients often initially present with limited symptoms despite a poor prognosis, complicating communication with patients and caregivers. Early Together (NCT04728113) is a randomized Phase III trial that integrates early palliative care through systematic joint visits involving the palliative care team and the medical oncologist, compared with standard oncological care, in 162 metastatic UM patients beginning systemic treatment. This collaboration aims to enhance patient functioning, improve quality of life and facilitate coping mechanisms.
