Introduction: Breast cancer (BC) is the most prevalent malignant tumor in women, with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) showing the poorest prognosis among all subtypes. Glycosylation is increasingly recognized as a critical biomarker in the tumor microenvironment, particularly in BC. However, the glycosylation-related genes associated with TNBC have not yet been defined.

Background: The presence of level IV/V metastasis is a significant prognostic factor for patients with oral and oropharyngeal cancer, while level IV lymphadenopathy defines the N3 stage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, the current staging system for hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPSCC) does not consider the location of involved nodes.
Objectives: To evaluate the risk factors and prognostic impact of level IV/V metastasis in patients with HPSCC.

Background: Prognosis assessments for transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) patients remain challenging, particularly as the indications for TAVI expand to lower-risk patients. This study assessed the prognostic value of the tricuspid regurgitation impact on outcomes (TRIO) score in patients after TAVI.
Methods: This single-center study included 530 consecutive patients who underwent TAVI.

Background: Patients with a high risk of bleeding undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI-HBR) were provided consensus-based criteria by the Academic Research Consortium for High Bleeding Risk (ARC-HBR). However, the prognostic predictors in this group of patients have yet to be fully explored. Thus, an effective prognostic prediction model for PCI-HBR patients is required.

Patients with DISH have an increased risk of fractures, especially in ankylosed spines, which increases susceptibility to spinal cord injury. This study aimed to explore the risk factors for neurological symptoms in patients with DISH-related fractures.
