Background: The incidence of invasive infection of (Kp) in the community is increasing every year, and the high disability and mortality rates associated with them pose great challenges in clinical practice. This study aimed to explore the clinical and microbiological characteristics of Kp invasive infection in the community.
Method: This study investigated the data of 291 patients with Kp infection in the community in three hospitals (Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province) from January 2020 to August 2023.

: Multicomponent, non-pharmacological therapies are the preferred first-line treatments for fibromyalgia (FM), but little is known about them in primary care settings. Our study assessed the effectiveness of the FIBROCARE Program in improving the quality of life, functional impact, mood, and pain of people with FM. : We conducted a pragmatic, randomized controlled trial that was not blinded for both patients and the professionals delivering the treatments in the study groups.

This study aimed to evaluate individual variability in ocular irritation sensitivity, focusing on clinical parameters, pain perception, and tear neuromediator profiles. Sixty female participants aged 20-40 were classified into high-sensitivity and low-sensitivity groups based on their response to an irritant (Tween20).

Long-gauge fiber optic sensors have proven to be valuable tools for structural health monitoring, especially in reinforced concrete (RC) beam structures.
