The sensitive detection of pesticides in complex environment is important but still challenging in presence of organic-rich water sample and food matrix. Herein, we reported a nitrile-mediated SERS immunosensor for sensitive and optical anti-interference determination of imidacloprid. Raman tag contained CN bond could provide a sharp characteristic peak in the Raman-silent spectral window (1800 ~ 2800 cm), which could resist the optical noises from the fingerprint region (<1800 cm). Au-Ag bimetallic nanocuboid (AuNR@Ag) connected with antigen and Raman tag was used as Raman probe, while FeO magnetic nanoparticle functionalized with anti-imidacloprid antibody was applied as signal enhancer. Owing to the specific recognition ability between antigen and antibody, the competitive system with imidacloprid was formed. Under the optimal condition, the linear relationship was developed in the range of 10-400 nM. Finally, the SERS immunosensor was successfully applied to determine imidacloprid in real samples with recoveries from 96.8% to 100.5%.

Myoglobin (Mb), an important cardiac marker, plays a crucial role in diagnosing, monitoring, and evaluating the condition of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Here, we propose a label-free photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensor for the detection of Mb through target regulated the photoactivity of AgS/FeOOH heterojunction. The AgS/FeOOH nanospindles were synthesized and served as a sensing platform for the fabrication of bio-recognized process for Mb.

Cystatin C (Cys-C) is emerging as a critical biomarker for assess gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), a condition that significantly impacts maternal and fetal health. In this study, we developed a novel label-free electrochemical immunosensor designed for point-of-care applications, offering lower reagent consumption and rapid detection of Cys-C in pregnant women with GDM. Compared to traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), the sensor demonstrates enhanced sensitivity, reduced reagent usage, and faster detection.

Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125), is a high molecular weight mucinous glycoprotein found on the surface of ovarian cancer cells. Generally, 90 % of women may appear a high concentration of CA125 when they got the cancer; thus, CA125 can act as a marker for ovarian cancer diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation. COFs have been widely used for disease detection due to their structural stability, high loading capacity and biocompatibility.

Accompanying the occurrence of inflammatory reaction to release cytokines, pyroptosis can activate an immune response for resistance against cancer. Consequently, elevated levels of cytokines released by cancer cells are highly correlated with the effectiveness of cancer treatment. Herein, a noninvasive surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) immunosensor was developed to sensitively and specifically measure the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), a proinflammatory cytokine, during the cell pyroptosis process.

Multi-signal-based self-calibrating biosensors have become a research focus due to their superior accuracy and sensitivity in recent years. Herein, the potential-resolved differential ECL immunoassay based on dual co-reactants regulation was developed. Meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) functionalized zirconium dioxide (ZrO) composites (TCPP-ZrO) was first synthesized using TCPP as the luminophore and ZrO as the enhancer and stabilizer.
