Background: We used pericardioscope operation for a patient who suffered from subacute hemorrhagic pericarditis which usually have to had a sternotomy.
Case Presentation: A pericardioscope was used in the operation rather than sternotomy on a 66-year-old male who was diagnosed with subacute hemorrhagic pericarditis after PCI(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention). He was discharged 7 days after the operation with an uneventfull postoperative course.
Conclusions: We believe that this technique is a safe procedure without any major complications.

Purpose: This study examined the effects of individualized dietary modifications based on the volume-viscosity swallow test (V-VST) on functional oral intake, incidence of pneumonia, and swallowing-related quality of life in individuals with intracerebral hemorrhage.
Methods: One hundred and seven participants with signs of dysphagia in the acute and early subacute phases of stroke following intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned into an experimental group for individualized dietary modifications based on V-VST plus routine standard care (n = 53), and a control group for routine care alone (n = 54). Incidence of pneumonia, functional oral intake scale (FOIS) ratings and Eating Assessment Tool (EAT-10) scores before and after intervention were evaluated.

Type B aortic dissection (TBAD) primarily affects men aged 60-65, with hypertension in over 80% of cases. The gold standard for the treatment of uncomplicated acute TBAD is Best Medical Therapy (BMT), which focused on controlling blood pressure and heart rate. However, Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) has gained attention over the years, especially for complicated TBAD cases, by covering the primary entry tear, lowering false lumen pressure, and promoting aortic remodeling.

Purpose Of Review: This paper reviewed the current literature on incidence, clinical manifestations, and risk factors of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) cardiotoxicity.
Recent Findings: CAR-T therapy has emerged as a groundbreaking treatment for hematological malignancies since FDA approval in 2017. CAR-T therapy is however associated with a few side effects, among which cardiotoxicity is of significant concern.

Background: Rathke cleft cysts (RCCs) are benign sellar/suprasellar lesions that result from mucin-secreting vestigial remnants within the pars intermedia of the pituitary gland. When symptomatic, they can present with retro-orbital headaches, visual field defects, and/or pituitary dysfunction.
Observations: A 35-year-old female presented with subacute retro-orbital headache, right ptosis, and blurred vision.
