The present case corresponds to a woman with history of three miscarrieges less than10 weeks and breast cancer, who develops severe digital ischemia after the second cycle of capecitabine. Positive antiphospholipid antibodies were determined. Patients with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome have an increased risk of developing cancer, and severe digital ischemia could be an unusual form of presentation of the antiphospholipid syndrome in patients with cancer. This case is presented to highlight the benefit of researching and making an early diagnosis of these characteristics of the disease.

Introduction: Anemia is a severe public health problem in India, affecting more than 50% of individuals across most age groups. The Anemia Mukt Bharat (AMB) program, with a target of a three-percentage point reduction in anemia prevalence per year, developed a monitoring mechanism based on a set of 18 indicators and six key performance indicators (KPIs) derived from routine reporting in the Health Management Information System (HMIS). The study's objective was to assess the status of anemia control measures in the district of Faridabad, Haryana, India, using AMB HMIS indicators from April 2018 to March 2019.

Objective: To examine the course of interstitial lung disease associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA-ILD) in France on treatment with Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKis) using the MAJIK-SFR registry.
Methods: Prospective national multicentre observational study identifying patients with RA-ILD from the MAJIK-SFR registry. Pulmonary assessment data were collected at JAKi initiation and follow-up visits (6 months, 12 months and a median of 21 months postinclusion), including chest high-resolution CT (HRCT), pulmonary function tests (forced vital capacity (FVC) and diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide (DLCO)), acute exacerbations of ILD, respiratory infections and lung cancers.
