The reactions of sodium amidoborane (NaNHBH) with NiBr have been investigated, and the results showed that black precipitate including the NiBNH composites could be obtained. From the aqueous solution of the precipitate , the hydrolysis product Ni-B () was isolated and characterized. Both the in situ formed precipitate and the hydrolysis product can catalyze the formation of Na[BH(NHBH)H]. CoCl showed comparable performance with NiBr. Based on these results, a facile method for the synthesis of Na[BH(NHBH)H] has been developed. This work provides insights into studying experimental methods for the synthesis of long B/N chain complexes and developing boron and nitrogen chemistry.

In order to solve the problems of long dissolution and preparation time, cumbersome preparation, and easy moisture absorption and deterioration during storage or transportation, acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), sodium p-styrene sulfonate (SSS), and cetyl dimethylallyl ammonium chloride (DMAAC-16) were selected as raw materials, and the emulsion thickener P(AM/AA/SSS), which can be instantly dissolved in water and rapidly thickened, was prepared by the reversed-phase emulsion polymerization method. DMAAC-16, the influence of emulsifier dosage, oil-water ratio, monomer molar ratio, monomer dosage, aqueous pH, initiator dosage, reaction temperature, reaction time, and other factors on the experiment was explored by a single-factor experiment, and the optimal process was determined as follows: the oil-water volume ratio was 0.4, the emulsifier dosage was 7% of the oil phase mass, the initiator dosage was 0.

: Ulcerative colitis (UC), a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), is characterized by colorectal immune infiltration and significant microbiota compositional changes. Gut microbiota homeostasis is necessary to maintain the healthy state of humans. MR2938, a quinazolin-4(3H)-one derivative derived from the marine natural product penipanoid C, alleviated DSS-induced colitis in a dose-dependent manner.

Prenatal hypoxia (PH) is a key factor in the development of long-term cardiovascular disorders, which are caused by various mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction (ED), including those associated with NO deficiency. This emphasizes the potential of therapeutic agents with NO modulator properties, such as Thiotriazoline, Angiolin, Mildronate, and L-arginine, in the treatment of PH. Pregnant female rats were given a daily intraperitoneal dose of 50 mg/kg of sodium nitrite starting on the 16th day of pregnancy.

Two activated carbons were synthesized from baobab seeds (BSs) using two activators, sulfuric acid (BS-AAC) and sodium hydroxide (BS-BAC), for dye removal from aqueous solutions. Malachite green (MG) was used as a model dye. SEM, FTIR, TGA, and surface area were used to characterize the feedstock and synthesis activated carbons.
