This special issue of Zootaxa is published in honor of Dr. Jocélia Grazia (Fig. 1) from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, one of the world's most respected and influential active taxonomists in Heteroptera. Though she retired from her long-time position as a Full Professor, away from undergraduate classes and administrative duties, Jocélia is still an active researcher and passionate about studying true bugs. An intense conviction she passes to her many students and becomes evident in her publications. If there is one word to define Jocélia Grazia, it is energy. Even the most novice and inexperienced student perceives the enthusiasm and dedication Jocélia faces from the small bureaucratic problems through the most challenging scientific questions.

Objective: Bosentan (BOS) is approved for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and preventing digital ulcers (DU) in systemic sclerosis (SSc). Our study aimed to evaluate whether BOS prescribed for DU could reduce the incidence of PAH in a large SSc cohort from the SPRING registry.

Methods: Patients with SSc from the SPRING registry, meeting ACR/EULAR 2013 classification criteria with data on PAH onset, DU status, BOS exposure, and at least a one-year follow-up between 2015 and 2020, and no known PAH at baseline were included.

Purpose: To assess the efficacy, adherence, and tolerability of a new artificial tear based on arabinogalactan, hyaluronic acid, and trehalose in a population with dry eye disease (DED).

Methods: A retrospective, real-world, post-marketing study identified 96 adult patients (aged 18-80 years) with signs and symptoms of dry eye. These patients received fixed combination therapy with eye drops containing arabinogalactan, hyaluronic acid, and trehalose at various dosing schedules.

Review and phylogeny of Cyrtomenus Amyot & Serville (Hemiptera: Cydnidae: Cydninae) based on morphological characters.

Cyrtomenus includes seven species arranged in two subgenera and belongs to the most diverse subfamily of burrower bugs, Cydninae. The species present polyphagous habits, and at least two species are considered crop pests. We conduct a phylogenetic analysis based on morphological characters and two weighting schemes to test its monophyly and the validation of the included subgenera, providing for the first time a phylogenetic hypothesis for the genus.
