Background: Myofascial pain syndrome MPS is one of the most common causes of chronic musculoskeletal pain. It clinically presents with hypersensitive points in the muscle called "trigger points". Most of the time it remains undiagnosed/undertreated and this leads to severity in symptoms.

Objective: The primary objective of this systematic review is to evaluate the global prevalence of long COVID and its subtypes and symptoms in individuals with confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, while the secondary objective is to assess risk factors for long COVID in the same population.
Data Sources: Studies on long COVID published from July 5, 2021, to May 29, 2024, searched from PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science were used for this systematic review.

The objective of this mini review is to discuss the role of musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSK US) in identification and treatment of pain generators in cervical spine in patients presenting with cervicogenic headache (CEH). CEH is a secondary headache arising from cervical nociceptive structures emerging from facet joints, intervertebral discs, nerves, muscles, fascia and ligaments. It presents a complex challenge in clinical management.
