Dural sinus malformation is a rare condition. We describe a prenatally detected case followed by repeated ultrasound scans and a prenatal magnetic resonance imaging examination. A substantial spontaneous regression was observed, which is associated with a favorable outcome. We believe that our observations, including a long postnatal follow-up, will add to the present knowledge of prenatally detected cases, and thus improve management of the pregnancies as well as our possibilities to counsel the parents-to-be.

A male fetus at 20 weeks of gestation presented with severe bilateral hydroureteronephrosis and distended bladder due to a large ureterocele. A percutaneous ureterocele puncture at 21+3 weeks aimed to decompress the ureterocele, unclog the lower urinary tract, and prevent renal damage. Post-puncture, the ureterocele decompressed, with improved left hydronephrosis and a normal right kidney.

To assess the prenatal course and early postnatal outcomes of fetuses diagnosed with tricuspid atresia and to identify predictors of survival. This was a retrospective study of 25 fetuses diagnosed with tricuspid atresia in a single tertiary referral center, evaluating prenatal echocardiographic features and postnatal outcomes. A total of 4 of 29 initially diagnosed fetuses were excluded due to changes in diagnosis or loss to follow-up, leaving 25 fetuses for analysis.

Background: To investigate prenatal ultrasound findings and the chromosomal outcomes of mosaic embryo transfer.
Methods: This retrospective study was conducted on pregnant women who underwent mosaic embryo transfer following blastocyst-stage preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) at CHA Gangnam Medical Center from January 2021 to July 2024. Trophectoderm biopsy specimens were collected using standard protocols, and next-generation sequencing profiles were defined as mosaics when displaying copy number counts in the 20-80% range.
