This article presents a novel approach of osteoporosis management, starting from the DXA scans performance, image quality, BMD and TBS assessment and interpretation, vertebral fracture assessment, decision making on treatment initiation and being finalized with patient`s further follow-up recommendations. A report based on this approach is soon to be implemented by the CiMO at CHUV. Among the thorough evaluation of the densitometric status of the patient, this report presents the first effort to incorporate into the osteoporosis clinical workflow the current evidence on TBS. It suggests practical ways to use TBS as in conjunction with BMD T-score or FRAX score to come up with the final scores that allow treatment initiation. Implementations in other non-Caucasian or non-Swiss clinical settings are to be accompanied by local validations.

Background: Due to the heterogeneity of literature findings, stent type selection for the endovascular treatment of complex aorto-iliac occlusive disease remains challenging. The BELSTREAM study, a physician-initiated, prospective, multicenter, single-arm study, aims to report the safety and efficacy of the balloon expandable LifeStream Peripheral Stent Graft System (BD, Tempe, Arizona, USA) for the treatment of complex TASC C and D aorto-iliac artery lesions.
Methods: Seventy patients and 133 lesions were included at six Belgian institutions.

The following text describes an analysis, ongoing for three years now, of a boy currently 12 years old, whose projective-expulsive functioning becomes evident through rude and vulgar words. The image of the Cretan labyrinth and its meanders, created by Daedalus as a "protection" against the ferocity of the Minotaur, were the inspiration for this narrative. The intricate defences that imprison the patient, with their characteristics of pathological organisation, resemble a labyrinth, and through this path, the analyst and the patient go on confronting the difficulties of the process.

In this article, the author aims to shed new light on how sensoriality can be considered and deployed in the treatment of severely autistic children. Whereas psychoanalysis has explored in detail the defensive function that sensoriality can have for these patients, the author puts forward the idea that this can be used to further the differentiation and structuration of the body ego. Through some detailed clinical material, drawn from the psychotherapy of a five-year-old girl, the author sets out to illustrate how work on the different sensations can lead to relational openings that are initially specific to each sensory channel and then more general, as well as how the access to otherness emerges from this work on sensations.
