Background: The working length determination is necessary before root canal shaping, chemical cleaning, disinfection, and obturation in pulpectomy of primary dentition. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of Wirele-X and compare it with DentaPort ZX and Woodpex III in primary molar teeth.
Methods: The in vitro study was performed by using 30 extracted primary mandibular molar teeth.

Retinoblastoma, a rare childhood eye cancer, has hereditary and non-hereditary forms. While TNM classification helps in prognosis, understanding molecular mechanisms is vital for the clinical behavior of retinoblastoma prediction. Our study aimed to analyze the expression levels of key Wnt pathway proteins, GSK3β, LEF1, β-catenin, and DVL1, and associate them to non-phosphorylated active form (pRb) and the phosphorylated inactive form (ppRb) and N-myc expression, in retinoblastoma cells and healthy retinal cells, in order to elucidate their roles in retinoblastoma and identify potential targets that could help to improve diagnostic and therapy.

This study aimed to calculate Italy's first national maternal mortality ratio (MMR) through an innovative record-linkage approach within the enhanced Italian Obstetric Surveillance System (ItOSS). A record-linkage retrospective cohort study was conducted nationwide, encompassing all women aged 11-59 years with one or more hospitalizations related to pregnancy or pregnancy outcomes from 2011 to 2019. Maternal deaths were identified by integrating data from the Death Registry and national and regional Hospital Discharge Databases supported by the integration of findings from confidential enquiries conducted through active surveillance.

Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on medical interns across three countries-Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine-using an online survey created with Google Forms.
