The three-amino-acid-loop-extension (TALE) homeodomain transcription factor family, including the KNOX and BELL subfamilies, is one of the largest gene families in plants. This family encodes plant-specific transcription factors that play critical roles in regulating plant growth, development, and stress responses. However, their interaction network, as well as resistant functional mechanism in is rarely reported.

Susac's syndrome is a rare inflammatory microangiopathy characterized by the triad of retinopathy, encephalopathy, and hearing loss. The syndrome causes recurrent microinfarcts in these organs, which in turn manifests with repeated attacks of visual field loss, hearing loss and tinnitus, and various brain syndromes. These often lead to the significant accumulation of disability over time, particularly if there is a delay or failure in diagnosis.

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a complex condition with multiple etiological factors. The ability to identify a potential underlying cause is crucial for accurate diagnosis, patient management, and prognostication. This article presents a series of three patient cases to illustrate the enigmatic nature of PH diagnosis.

Article Synopsis
  • The TALE superfamily genes, crucial for plant growth and stress responses, were analyzed in B. napus, revealing 74 genes across 19 chromosomes.
  • Phylogenetic analysis categorized these genes into two main subfamilies (BEL1-like and KNOX), with KNOX further divided into three clades, suggesting common biological functions within subdivisions.
  • The study found that BnTALE gene expression varies by tissue and is activated by various abiotic stresses, indicating their potential for enhancing stress resistance in plants.

Objective: This study explores factors that affect the sustainable implementation of best practice guidelines (BPGs) and provides a basis for developing corresponding action strategies to promote project sustainability.

Methods: Using the NHS (National Health Service) questionnaire scoring system, surveys were conducted among nurses who implemented BPGs in three hospitals in China. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis.
