Surgical repair of asymptomatic congenital left ventricular aneurysm is poorly reported. A 30-yearold man presented with an asymptomatic abnormal electrocardiogram. Computed tomography (CT) and angiography revealed a congenital left ventricular aneurysm, and surgical repair was conducted with endocardial linear infarct exclusion technique (ELIET). His postoperative course was uneventful. Postoperative CT showed an elliptical cardiac shape with no recurrence of aneurysm. ELIET would serve as a surgical procedure for congenital left ventricular aneurysm.

Cardiac MRI is the reference standard for identifying and evaluating myocardial pathologic conditions. Late gadolinium enhancement characteristics provide an excellent guide in classifying disease and triaging patients. Inter-coronary communication is a rare congenital anomaly, defined as a connection between two patent coronary arteries, and was first described in 1972. We report the case of a 61-year-old Emirati female who presented to the emergency department with chest pain and palpitations, along with a strong family history of cardiac disease. She was initially diagnosed with indolent hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and accordingly managed; however, the patient remained symptomatic.

Spondylo-thoracic dysplasia (STD) is a set of rare congenital abnormalities involving the vertebrae and thorax, leading to significant morbidity and mortality due to respiratory insufficiency and associated anomalies. Clinically, neonates present with scoliosis, vertebral segmentation defects, and severe respiratory compromise, resulting in early neonatal death. These children have a unique patho-anatomy of volume depletion deformity of the thorax, resulting in thoracic insufficiency.
