With the increasing use of social media, online self-organized relief has become a crucial aspect of crisis management during public health emergencies, leading to the emergence of online self-organizations. This study employed the BERT model to classify the replies of Weibo users and used K-means clustering to summarize the patterns of self-organized groups and communities. We then combined the findings from pattern discovery and documents from online relief networks to analyze the core components and mechanisms of online self-organizations.

Background: Norovirus outbreaks cause severe medico-socio-economic problems affecting healthcare workers and patients. The aim of the study was to investigate prevalence of norovirus infection and risk factors for infection in healthcare workers during nosocomial outbreaks.
Methods: A cross-sectional study of norovirus infections in healthcare workers was performed in seven outbreak wards in a large university hospital.

Objectives: Recurrent patellar instability following first-time lateral patellar dislocation is associated with a variety of bony, soft tissue and patient-related risk factors. The specific management of recurrent dislocation may vary depending on the presence and combination of these factors as well as the treating physician's interpretation of these. Therefore, this study aimed to determine which factors Australian knee surgeons regard as increasing the risk of recurrence following first-time patellar dislocation and to characterise the surgical decision-making process of these surgeons in the management of lateral patellar instability.
