Background: is considered as one of the main etiological agents of toxocariasis with global and regional importance. As there is no information on proteomics of , herein, we reported the results obtained by proteomic analysis of somatic proteins extract, using a mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) approach.
Methods: Somatic extract fractions were separated by two-dimensional SDS-PAGE and were electro blotted on to PVDF membranes for immunoblot analysis, then collected the immunogenic spots which response of antibodies of the paratenic hosts (mice) to the antigens (Mashhad, 2017), and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The LC-MS/MS data were analyzed by Mascot database, Taxonomy , and common contaminants, in Omics Center, Biotechnology Medical University of Graz (Austria, 2018).
Result: The protein spots were isolated between 15-140 kDa ranges using 3-10 non-linear IPG strips and Brilliant Blue Coomassie. Ten proteins were characterized as immunogenic proteins, seven of them were identified and three of them were unknown proteins.
Conclusion: This study provided additional information about the somatic antigens of , which can lead to the development of new strategies for novel immuno-modulators, drug targets, subunit vaccines and immunodiagnostic kits for toxocariasis.

Purpose: To investigate whether hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-low (HR+HER2-low) versus HR+HER2-zero early breast cancers have distinct genomic and clinical characteristics.
Methods: This study included HR+, HER2-negative early breast cancers from patients enrolled in the phase III, randomized BIG 1-98 and SOFT clinical trials that had undergone tumor genomic sequencing. Tumors were classified HR+HER2-low if they had a centrally reviewed HER2 immunohistochemistry (IHC) score of 1+ or 2+ with negative in situ hybridization and HR+HER2-zero if they had an HER2 IHC score of 0.

Abnormalities in the mammalian target of the rapamycin (mTOR) pathway have been implicated in numerous developmental brain disorders. While the molecular and histological abnormalities have been described, less is known about alterations in membrane and synaptic excitability with chronic changes in the mTOR pathway. In the present study, we used a conditional mouse model with a deletion of the phosphatase and tensin homologue (Pten, a negative regulator of mTOR) from cortical pyramidal neurons (CPNs).

The enzyme phosphatidylinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) regulates cellular proliferation and apoptosis. Somatic mutations in the PIK3CA gene can accelerate these processes and significantly contribute to the development and progression of breast cancer. This study aimed to ascertain the PIK3CA gene mutations in breast cancer patients and investigate their correlation with certain clinicopathological characteristics.

Background: Regeneration is the preferred approach to restore the structure and function after tissue damage. Rapid proliferation of cells over the site of damage is integral to the process of regeneration. However, even subtle mutations in proliferating cells may cause detrimental effects by eliciting abnormal differentiation.

The toxicity of tris (2-butoxyethyl) phosphate (TBOEP) has been extensively investigated because of its prevalence in the environment. Nevertheless, the risk factors associated with maternal transmission are poorly understood. In this study, sexually mature female zebrafish were treated with TBOEP (0, 20, 100, and 500 μg/L) for 30 days and were mated with unexposed males.
