Summary: Nonsurgical rejuvenation of the face with botulinum toxin is one of the most commonly performed procedures in the United States. This article reviews the current evidence in treating different regions of the face: upper face, lower face, masseter, and platysma. Dosing and complications associated with different facial regions are reviewed.
