This research presents an intelligent beam-hopping-based grant-free random access (GFRA) architecture designed for secure Internet of Things (IoT) communications in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks. In light of the difficulties associated with facilitating extensive device connectivity while ensuring low latency and high reliability, we present a beam-hopping GFRA (BH-GFRA) scheme that enhances access efficiency and reduces resource collisions. Three distinct resource-hopping schemes, random hopping, group hopping, and orthogonal group hopping, are examined and utilized within the framework.

Background: The Supporting Harm Reduction through Peer Support (SHARPS) study involved designing and implementing a peer-delivered, harm reduction intervention for people experiencing homelessness and problem substance use. Normalisation Process Theory (NPT) provided a framework for the study.
Methods: Four Peer Navigators (individuals with personal experience of problem substance use and/or homelessness) were recruited and hosted in six third sector (not-for-profit) homelessness services in Scotland and England (United Kingdom).

Background: Nursing students' clinical learning is premised on experiences in clinical placements in nurse education, with the processes and outcomes of tripartite meetings among the student, nurse preceptor and teacher being central components. The tripartite meetings form the basis and framework for stakeholders' dialogue and collaboration and have the central purpose of facilitating student learning and development and assessing the students' achievement against predetermined learning outcomes for the placement period. Students' experiences with tripartite meetings seems to be an underexplored field, and therefor this study aimed to explore first-year nursing students' learning experiences within tripartite clinical placement meetings in nursing homes.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for more effective immunization programs, including in limited resource settings. This paper presents outcomes and lessons learnt from a COVID-19 vaccination campaign (VC), which used a tailored adaptive strategy to optimise vaccine uptake in the Boeny region of Madagascar.
Methods: Guided by the Dynamic Sustainability Framework (DSF), the VC implementation was regularly reviewed through multi-sectoral stakeholder feedback, key informant interviews, problem-solving meetings, and weekly monitoring of outcome indicators to identify and apply key adaptations.

Background: Many organizations are faced with growing numbers of employees who combine their jobs with informal caregiving responsibilities. To support working caregivers in maintaining a good balance between work, private life and informal care, a workplace participatory approach (PA) intervention was implemented in four Dutch organizations. This study's aims were to evaluate the degree of PA implementation, contextual factors influencing implementation, and stakeholder experiences with the PA.
