Background And Aims: COVID-19 lockdowns limited access to gambling but simultaneously elevated psychosocial stressors. This study assessed the relative effects of these changes on gambling risk status during and after the Australian COVID-19 lockdown from late-March to late-May 2020.
Methods: The study administered three surveys to people who had gambled within the past year at T1.

The Ph1 oncology trial landscape is evolving in response to advances in understanding of cancer biology, novel drug discovery platforms, and therapeutic modalities. To uncover emerging trends in oncology drug development, we identified 7,061 solid tumour Ph1 trials (2009-2021) from clinicaltrials.gov to determine the numbers of trials commenced, therapeutic classes, combinations, tumour streams, and geographical distribution.

Guidelines for prostate specific antigen (PSA) testing in Australia recommend that men at average risk of prostate cancer who have been informed of the benefits and harms, and who decide to undergo regular testing, should be offered testing every 2 years from 50 to 69 years. This study aimed to estimate the benefits and harms of regular testing in this context. We constructed Policy1-Prostate, a discrete event microsimulation platform of the natural history of prostate cancer and prostate cancer survival, and PSA testing patterns and subsequent management in Australia.

Aim: Social support and resilient coping can aid mental health. The aim of this study was to examine age effects of social support on men's resilient coping for psychological distress.
Methods: The sample consisted of 434 help-seeking Canadian men who completed standardized measures.
