Unlabelled: High-flow tracheal oxygenation (HFTO), a modification of high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), has been used in tracheostomized patients but only rarely for weaning. We present two cases on prolonged mechanical ventilation (PMV) where HFTO assisted weaning.
