The "space-time continuum" is a theoretical framework in physics that removes the distinction between time and space and, instead, treats them as part of a seamless continuum. In this paper, I use it as the basis for a new approach to understanding the opportunities and challenges for low-income families through a focus on two key dimensions of family life: time and space. The spatial element refers to the physical proximity of family members and the temporal pertains to the duration of time in which family members maintain particular arrangements in response to economic shocks, health challenges and new opportunities for social mobility.

We propose a two-dimensional hard-core loop-gas model as a way to regularize the asymptotically free massive continuum quantum field theory that emerges at the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless transition. Without fine-tuning, our model can reproduce the universal step-scaling function of the classical lattice XY model in the massive phase as we approach the phase transition. This is achieved by lowering the fugacity of Fock-vacuum sites in the loop-gas configuration space to zero in the thermodynamic limit.

Pregnancy is likely nature's most elaborate model of dynamic adaptations occurring over a distinct period of time at specific sites of the maternal body. Spatially-resolved transcriptomic analyses now enable the comprehensive decoding of these dynamic adaptations during the early onset stages of mammalian pregnancies and throughout fetal development.

The relevance of the problem of the stated topic lies in the fact that the causative agent of the plague infection demonstrates high survival while maintaining high virulence in the territories, which are enzootic in terms of the plague. The study aimed to investigate the geographic distribution and genetic diversity of the plague pathogen in endemic regions through molecular genetic research. The work included the results of laboratory studies of 3058 samples, including soil - 1154, burrow substrates - 549, the contents of the feeding chamber - 349, bone remains - 18, biological objects - 988 samples of sera and suspensions from carriers and vectors of plague infection collected from 14 autonomous plague foci of Kazakhstan for the period 2021-2022.
