The presence of carious lesions in children associated with developmental defects of enamel is frequently observed. Restoring these affected teeth can be a challenge for the clinician. Teeth with enamel defects may have poor or limited resin adhesion and some may require repeated restoration. Prefabricated zirconia permanent molar crowns were recently introduced as an option for restoring severely decayed and broken down young permanent molars. These new restorations offer an efficient, esthetic, and economic option to restore severely broken down carious permanent molars that may be associated with enamel defects in partially or fully erupted molars. A clinical case of a 13-year-old female patient is presented. She had a mandibular second permanent molar that demonstrated significant caries and loss of much of the clinical crown, which was treated with a vital pulpotomy and restored with a prefabricated zirconia crown.

Objectives: This study aims to compare the clinical performance of 3D printed endocrowns (ECs) and prefabricated zirconia crowns (PZRCs) in restoring pulpotomized primary molars, over 3, 6, and 12 months.
Methods: Thirty pulpotomized mandibular primary molars in 16 children aged 4-8 years were randomized with a 1:1 allocation ratio into two groups: group (A), PZRCs, and group (B), 3D-printed ECs. All restorations were evaluated for esthetic, functional, and biological properties using FDI criteria at 3-, 6-, and 12-month intervals.

After a comprehensive oral assessment and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) radiographic examination, it was determined that the crown on Tooth #9 was subgingivally fractured. Statement Of Problem: Restoring endodontically treated premolars with noncircular canals presents a significant challenge.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the in vitro fracture resistance and the finite element computational calculation-based stress and safety factor of noncircular-shaped, endodontically treated premolars restored with 5 different prefabricated and custom computer-aided design and computer-aided manufactured post-and-core systems.
Material And Methods: Fifty single-rooted oval-shaped canal maxillary premolars were endodontically treated and post spaces were prepared.
