Background: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis/mycosis (ABPA/M) is a complex non-infectious pulmonary benign disease characterized by an immune response against aspergillus/fungus. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), typically recognized as a tumor marker, also elevated in certain benign diseases.
