Objective: Clinicopathologic illustration of sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma (SNTCS) in a middle-aged man, highlighting the difficulties and challenges encountered during surgical intervention, histopathologic diagnosis, and its overall management.
Methodology: Case report and literature review.
Results: A 40-year-old man having recurrent epistaxis for three months presented with a dark-colored protruding polypoid nasal mass.

There is currently no consensus or effective treatment for advanced metastatic RCC after kidney transplantation. A 40-year-old man developed renal transplant carcinoma with venous thrombus and lung metastases 13 years after transplantation.

Ventriculoperitoneal shunt malfunction is a common complication in patients with lifelong hydrocephalus. We present a case of a 40-year-old man who successfully underwent endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) for shunt malfunction following neonatal meningitis. Despite long-term shunt dependency and an infectious etiology, ETV effectively managed his hydrocephalus, probably due to aqueductal stenosis and preserved cerebrospinal fluid absorption.

We herein present four cases of Eosinophilic colitis (EoC) in adult patients who were successfully treated with a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. Case 1 is a 23-year-old female who was treated with baricitinib (BAR, 4 mg, once a day) for atopic dermatitis (AD). Colonoscopy (CS) initially did not reveal any significant abnormalities.
