Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are prebiotics with great potential to improve constipation. Electronic Personal Health Records (EPHRs) are potentially effective tools for improving the continuity and quality of care for migrants and refugees, and specifically for undocumented migrants (UDMs). However, little is known about the intention and preconditions of healthcare providers (HCPs) to use an EPHR for UDM in the Netherlands. Background: People who use drugs and patients in substance use treatment may be placed at high risk for HIV due to mixing sex and drugs, potential engagement in sex work, and injection drug use. However, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) adoption among these populations remains low. Methadone clinics, a main point of contact with the healthcare system for this population, are a missed opportunity to offer biomedical HIV prevention.

Accordingly, this review aims to collate adverse event data from psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy clinical trials and evaluate its definition, way of measurement and reporting.
