Potato late blight is a common disease affecting crops worldwide. To help detect this disease in complex environments, an improved YOLOv5 algorithm is proposed. First, ShuffleNetV2 is used as the backbone network to reduce the number of parameters and computational load, making the model more lightweight.

Unlabelled: are facultative intracellular bacterial pathogens that cause foodborne disease in humans. The bacteria can use the surface protein InlA to invade intestinal epithelial cells or transcytose across M cells in the gut, but it is not well understood how the bacteria traffic from the underlying lamina propria to the draining mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN). Previous studies indicated that associated with both monocytes and dendritic cells in the intestinal lamina propria.

Ecytonucleospora hepatopenaei (EHP), a microsporidian parasite first named and characterized from the Penaeus monodon (black or giant tiger shrimp), causes growth retardation and poses a significant threat to shrimp farming. We observed shrimp farms associated with disease conditions during our fish disease surveillance and health management program in West Bengal, India. Shrimp exhibited growth retardation and increased size variability, particularly in advanced stages, exhibiting soft shells, lethargy, reduced feeding and empty midguts.

Duckweed (), a common ecological remediation material, often coexists with the harmful bloom-forming cyanobacterium , which releases a highly toxic exudate mixture (MaE) during its growth.
