Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is an uncommon and underreported neurological condition. This condition has varied aetiologies, clinical manifestations, and significant sequelae if left untreated. We report the case of a 10-year-old male with fever, altered sensorium, cranial nerve neuropathies, and left hemiplegia.

The rare gastrointestinal tract epithelial polyp known as a pyloric gland adenoma (PGA) is more common in elderly women and uncommon in the duodenum. There are reports of two PGA cases involving high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. A 75-year-old man was admitted to the hospital as Patient 1 due to "epigastric distension and pain for more than 10 days".

Patients with hemophilia disease have a high risk of hemorrhage. Most hemorrhages can occur in the musculoskeletal system, presenting as hematomas, or, in rare occasions, as hemophilic pseudotumors, an uncommon pathology that are often misdiagnosed as musculoskeletal tumors because of their clinical behavior and characteristics on diagnostic imaging. Despite many treatment options, surgical excision is the treatment of choice.
