to highlight the main attributes of Convergent Care Research that ratify it as a method of scientific research. Methods: it is a theoretical-reflective study on Convergent Care Research's theoretical-methodological assumptions. Development: Convergent Care Research is compatible with the Social Constructionism paradigm. Convergent Care Research projects have two approaches: practical and conceptual. The Convergent Care Research process corpus contains five phases: conception; instrumentation; scrutiny; analysis and theorizing. Final Considerations: Convergent Care Research rigor encompasses the relationship between research and care practice, and this corresponds to the convergence of these two dimensions. Due to its theoretical foundation and criteria of methodological rigor, Convergent Care Research is aligned with scientific research methods.

Background: Psychostimulants and nonstimulants have partially overlapping pharmacological targets on attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), but whether their neuroimaging underpinnings differ is elusive. We aimed to identify overlapping and medication-specific brain functional mechanisms of psychostimulants and nonstimulants on ADHD.
Methods: After a systematic literature search and database construction, the imputed maps of separate and pooled neuropharmacological mechanisms were meta-analyzed by Seed-based Mapping toolbox, followed by large-scale network analysis to uncover potential coactivation patterns and meta-regression analysis to examine the modulatory effects of age and sex.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to gauge the impacts of cognitive empathy training experiential learning on traumatic brain injury (TBI) knowledge, awareness, confidence, and empathy in a pilot study of speech-language pathology graduate students.
Method: A descriptive quasi-experimental convergent parallel mixed methods design intervention pilot study (QUAL + QUANT) was conducted with a diverse convenience sample of 19 first- and second-year speech-language pathology graduate students who engaged in a half-day TBI point-of-view simulation. The simulation was co-constructed through a participatory design with those living with TBI based on Kolb's experiential learning model and followed the recommendations for point-of-view simulation ethics.
