Four new compounds (derriscandenon D (), E (), F (), G ()) and six known isoflavones (warangalone (), millewanin E (), rhynedlin A (), 6,8-diprenylgenistein (), isolupalbigenin (), isoscandinone ()) were isolated from the acetone extract of the branches of . These compounds were assayed for cell viability using the human lung carcinoma cell line A549, colorectal carcinoma cell line Colo205, epidermoid carcinoma cell line KB, the human acute lymphoblastic leukaemia cell line NALM-6, and human dermal fibroblasts. Compounds and significantly decreased the viability of KB cells, with IC values of 2.7 and 12.9 µM, respectively. In addition, compounds and reduced the mitochondrial membrane potential in KB cells. Compounds and strongly down-regulated the cell viability of cell lines KB and NALM-6, achieving IC values of 2.7 and 0.9 µM, respectively, compared with the positive control staurosporine at 1.25 and 0.01 µM, respectively.

Importance: Optimal adjuvant treatment for patients with intermediate-risk cervical cancer remains controversial, and the benefit of adding chemotherapy to radiotherapy in this population is uncertain.
Objective: To evaluate whether adjuvant chemoradiotherapy is associated with improved overall survival compared with radiotherapy alone in patients with intermediate-risk cervical cancer. Secondary objectives included identifying clinical factors associated with the use of chemoradiotherapy.

Importance: Despite the favorable prognosis for HPV-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (HPV+ OPSCC), efforts to de-escalate treatment intensity, while maintaining low recurrence and mortality rates, have proven challenging. Identifying appropriate prognostic factors remains elusive; however, the association of pretreatment circulating tumor tissue viral-modified HPV (TTMV-HPV) DNA level with known characteristics of disease burden-clinical staging, characteristics of pretreatment imaging, and aggressive histopathologic features of surgical specimen-may offer insights that could shift treatment paradigms for HPV+ OPSCC.
Objective: To investigate the association of pretreatment TTMV-HPV DNA levels with clinical, radiologic, histopathologic, and outcome metrics in patients with HPV+ OPSCC.
Importance: Treating locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (LA SCCHN) involves any combination of surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, followed by routine monitoring for local recurrence or distant metastases. Given the poor patient outcomes, a significant unmet clinical need for improved treatment options remains.
Objective: To evaluate efficacy and safety of maintenance atezolizumab in patients with LA SCCHN at high risk of disease progression after multimodal definitive treatment.

Importance: Approximately 20% to 30% of patients with locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) experience disease relapse despite definitive chemoradiotherapy. The programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) blockade camrelizumab has demonstrated considerable value in recurrent or metastatic NPC, while its role in locoregionally advanced NPC is unclear.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of adjuvant camrelizumab for patients with locoregionally advanced NPC.

Introduction: Urothelial carcinomas (UC) represent the sixth most common tumor by incidence, involving the lower or upper urinary tracts (UTUC) (1). High-risk patients should be treated by nephroureterectomy with complete bladder cuff excision (2), conservative approach is reserved for low-risk UTUCs and/or imperative cases (3).
Materials And Methods: We present a 70-year-old male patient, smoker, with history of urothelial carcinoma.
