Purposes: Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and plasma cell-type idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (PC-iMCD) have many overlapping features. However, reports that compare these conditions are scarce, especially for patients with lung involvement.

Background: Patients with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) frequently manifest comorbid neuropsychiatric symptoms (NPS) with depression and anxiety being most prevalent. Previously we identified shared genetic risk loci between AD and major depressive disorder (MDD). In another study, we constructed a polygenic risk score (PRS) based on MDD-GWAS data and demonstrated its performance in predicting depression onset in LOAD patients.

For the first time, a TiCT-MXene and poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS) composite-modified electrode has been developed for electrochemical detection of the bilirubin (BR) by molecularly imprinted ortho-phenylenediamine (o-PD). BR is a biomarker for liver-related diseases. High levels of BR imply liver dysfunction; hence, its exact and rapid measurement is indispensable to its immediate diagnosis and treatment.
