Background: The optimal treatment of wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer remains unknown. Recently, there is an increase in the evidence to support the role of the combination of a poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase inhibitor, anti-angiogenic agents, and immunotherapy as maintenance therapy in wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrence. We hypothesized that adding pembrolizumab and bevacizumab to olaparib maintenance can increase progression-free survival (PFS) in wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.
Methods: wild-type patients who received two previous courses of platinum-containing therapy, achieved complete or partial response to last treatment, and the treatment-free interval is >6 months after the penultimate platinum-based chemotherapy offered olaparib maintenance with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab. Forty-four patients will be included from 4 sites across Singapore and Korea. The primary endpoint of the study is 6-month PFS rate.
Trial Registration: ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT04361370, Clinical Research Information Service Identifier: KCT0005144.

Background: Identifying patients with gm is crucial to facilitate screening strategies, preventive measures and the usage of targeted therapeutics in their management. This review examines the evidence for the latest predictive and therapeutic approaches in -associated cancers.
Clinical Description: Data supports the use of adjuvant olaparib in patients with gm high-risk HER2-negative breast cancer.

Objective: Therapeutic interventions for epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) have increased greatly over the last decade but improvements outside of biomarker selected therapies have been limited. There remains a pressing need for more effective treatment options that can prolong survival and enhance the quality of life of patients with EOC. In contrast to the significant benefits of immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (CPI) seen in many solid tumors, initial experience in EOC suggests limited efficacy of CPIs monotherapy.

Introduction: The phase 2 TROPiCS-03 study evaluated the efficacy/safety of sacituzumab govitecan (SG) as second-line treatment in patients with previously treated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
Methods: TROPiCS-03 (NCT03964727) is a multicohort, open-label, phase 2 basket study in solid tumors, including ES-SCLC. Adults with ES-SCLC that progressed after one prior line of platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-programmed death-(ligand) 1 (PD-[L]1) therapy received SG 10 mg/kg on days 1 and 8 of a 21-day cycle.

Background/aim: Ovarian cancer (OC) is one of the leading gynecological causes of death among women. The current standard treatment for OC is debulking surgery followed by platinum-based chemotherapy treatments; however, despite initial success to treatment many patients experience relapses. Currently, there are no available tests to predict sensitivity or resistance to chemotherapy.
