A 79-year old Caucasian male with metastatic hormone refractory prostate cancer and bilateral nephrostomy was admitted to the emergency department due to 4-day bloody urethral discharge, weakness and dizziness. Background: Hip fractures are a source of severe pain among the elderly population and pose challenges due to limited analgesic tolerance. In this case report, we present a 24-year-old woman with a previous diagnosis of epilepsy who was admitted to the hospital following loss of consciousness (LOC).
