Background: Acute aluminum phosphide (ALP) poisoning presents a significant global medical challenge, particularly in regions where it is commonly used as a pesticide. Despite medical advancements, mortality rates from ALP poisoning remain high. Glucose-insulin-potassium (GIK) infusion therapy has emerged as a potential treatment for ALP poisoning due to its ability to counteract its toxic effects on metabolism and heart function.

Introduction: Inborn errors of immunity is a diverse group of rare diseases caused by over 400 genetic mutations affecting the immune system and increasing infection susceptibility, autoimmunity, and malignancy. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation offers a curative option for some inborn errors of immunity, with haploidentical donors providing a viable alternative when identical donors are unavailable.
Objective: To determine survival, usefulness of weekly chimerism monitoring, immune reconstitution, and complications in patients with inborn errors of immunity who underwent haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at a reference center in Colombia.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The urethra is surrounded by layers of smooth muscle, including inner longitudinal and outer circler muscles, as well as the skeletal muscle of the external urethral sphincter. However, the extent of these muscles and their relationship with the levator ani (LA) remain unclear. This study aimed to clarify the composition of muscle layers around the female urethra and their three-dimensional arrangements.

Introduction: Clubfoot is at times associated with other lower extremity abnormalities, such as leg length discrepancy (LLD). Initial studies in patients treated with extensive soft tissue release (STR) have estimated that LLD is prevalent in 9% to 11% of children with idiopathic clubfoot. However, Ponseti-style serial casting has since replaced STR as the preferred clubfoot treatment method.

Introduction: Soft tissue defect in the lower limb presents as a difficult reconstructive challenge. Cross-leg flap was routinely used in the past for the salvage of the lower limb but is seldom used nowadays due to advances in microsurgical procedures.
Case Presentation: We present a case of an 18-year-old male who presented with a complex soft tissue defect of 25 × 10 cm on the anterolateral aspect of the right leg following a motor vehicle accident.
