This case series demonstrates a fenestrated technique of tracheostomy that minimizes aerosolization risks by reducing risk of accidental decannulation and stomal infections while creating a tight seal around the tracheostomy tube.

Introduction And Importance: Internal iliac artery aneurysms repair represents a life-threatening condition due to their anatomical position and the risk of rupture. Iliac branch devices are strongly recommended for anatomically suitable patients, but limited alternatives exist when their use is unsuitable. The use of custom-made fenestrated endografts is well documented in other aortic territories, however, their application for the treatment of internal iliac artery aneurysm remains limited.

The purpose of this case report is to examine the management of vestibular bone fenestration during alveolar socket preservation using the Periosteal Inhibition (PI) approach. Here, for the first time, the PI technique, which has been shown to be successful in maintaining intact cortical bone, is examined in the context of a bone defect. : After an atraumatic extraction of a damaged tooth, a vestibular bone fenestration was discovered in the 62-year-old male patient.

Stent-graft implantation is a widely recognized method for endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms. In cases where the aneurysm involves the thoracic and abdominal aorta, repair including fenestrated and branched stent grafts provides a viable alternative. This approach, initially reserved for patients unsuitable for open surgery, has become preferred for anatomically appropriate thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms.

Objectives: Multiple studies have described the onset and variable incidence of postoperative acute vertigo following cochlear implant (CI) surgery. However, postoperative imaging has not yet been specifically evaluated with special focus on vertigo. The aim of this study is to assess the incidence and causes of new-onset, acute postoperative vertigo following CI surgery using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).

Introduction: Since the mid-1900s, techniques in the repair of aortic arch and thoracoabdominal aortic pathologies have drastically evolved. Open aortic surgical repair was once the sole option for both simple and complex aneurysmal degeneration. Today, a number of minimally invasive and hybrid approaches are now available to assist both the surgeon and patient in tackling this challenging problem.
