Background: Root canal shaping is an important phase in endodontic treatment to preserve the integrity of root structures. This clinical study used cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) to assess the shaping ability of Tornado compared to WaveOne (WO), and OneShape (OS) rotary systems.
Material And Methods: MesioBuccal canals of lower molars with curving angles ranging from 15° to 45° were used in 30 patients to evaluate the apical transportation and centering ability of Tornado, WO, and OS.

Background: Nickel titanium (NiTi) rotary files have drastically altered the treatment protocol in endodontics, allowing for faster and easier preparation and more thorough irrigation of the root canal system. Despite the advantages of the NiTi files, instrument separation still remains a major concern. The aim of this study was to compare the cyclic fatigue resistance of three different single-file NiTi systems after clinical use: WaveOne Gold (WOG, Dentsply Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland), One Curve (OC, Micro Mega, Besancon, France), and Reciproc Blue (RPC Blue, VDW, Munich, Germany).

Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC) presents a distinct subtype of breast cancer, representing 10-15% of cases, with unique clinical and molecular features. Characterized by a non-cohesive, single-file invasion pattern, ILC is typically estrogen receptor (ER)- and progesterone receptor (PR)-positive but human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative. Despite favorable prognostic features, its highly metastatic nature and predilection for atypical sites contribute to lower long-term survival compared to invasive breast carcinoma of no special type (NST).

This randomized clinical trial aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of rotary and reciprocating single-file systems on postoperative pain after biomechanical preparation in patients with chronic apical periodontitis. Materials and methods In this randomized clinical trial (CTRI Reg No-CTRI/2021/04/032841), 94 patients with chronic apical periodontitis in single straight-rooted teeth were divided equally into two groups, according to a standardized protocol.
