Co-Optimization Operation of Distribution Network-Containing Shared Energy Storage Multi-Microgrids Based on Multi-Body Game.

Sensors (Basel)

January 2025

Xi'an Power Supply Company, State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd., Xi'an 710032, China.

Under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality target background, efficient collaborative scheduling between distribution networks and multi-microgrids is of great significance for enhancing renewable energy accommodation and ensuring stable system operation. Therefore, this paper proposes a collaborative optimization method for the operation of distribution networks and multi-microgrids with shared energy storage based on a multi-body game. The method is modeled and solved in two stages.

Low-power gas sensors that can be used in IoT (Internet of Things) systems, consumer devices, and point-of-care devices will enable new applications in environmental monitoring and health protection. We fabricated a monolithic chemiresistive gas sensor by integrating a micro-lightplate with a 2D sensing material composed of single-layer graphene and monolayer-thick TiO. Applying ultraviolet (380 nm) light with quantum energy above the TiO bandgap effectively enhanced the sensor responses.

Designs of Charge-Balanced Edge Termination Structures for 3.3 kV SiC Power Devices Using PN Multi-Epitaxial Layers.

Micromachines (Basel)

December 2024

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Pusan National University, Busan 46241, Republic of Korea.

We demonstrated 3.3 kV silicon carbide (SiC) PiN diodes using a trenched ring-assisted junction termination extension (TRA-JTE) with PN multi-epitaxial layers. Multiple P rings and width-modulated multiple trenches were utilized to alleviate electric-field crowding at the edges of the junction to quantitively control the effective charge (Q) in the termination structures.

Electronic address:

The nutritional characteristics of the tetrasaccharide stachyose prompted its incorporation into biosurfactants through esterification with fatty acid derivatives embodying 12-22 carbon chains. The resulting esters were evaluated for their surface active effects, emulsifying properties and capacities to form emulsions capable of the selective delivery of the anti-oxidant resveratrol. While such studies have revealed that those congeners embodying longer side-chains have higher critical micelle concentrations (CMC) and lower interfacial tensions, their hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) values fell within a tight range.

The rapid development of the field of vehicles exposes many problems of charging station, the most common is the uncertainty and asymmetry of its task volume, so the flexibility of location and scale design is crucial. This paper proposes the asymptotic BLSCP model, suitable for uncertain and asymmetric environments, which balances facility workload and minimizes cost through the forward or backward asymptotic methods of candidate center locations and flexible allocation of jurisdictions. Additionally, the findings suggest these methods possess considerable potential for application and generalization.
