This case presents an unusual combination between an intraventricular meningioma and a choroid plexus papilloma. Intraventricular meningiomas are rare intraventricular tumors presenting with symptoms of hydrocephalus, headache, and neurological deficits. The rarity of choroid plexus papillomas is highlighted in medical diagnostics, with the majority of these findings being incidental within the setting of obstructive hydrocephalus.

Situs anomalies, including situs inversus and situs ambiguous (SAMB), are rare congenital conditions typically noted in pediatric populations, with SAMB being particularly uncommon in adults. This case study addresses the incidental discovery of situs ambiguous with polysplenia in a 65-year-old man evaluated for suspected adrenal adenoma. The patient's medical history included benign prostatic hyperplasia and tuberculous pleurisy.

: To validate the automated quantification of cardiac chamber volumes and myocardial mass on non-contrast chest CT using cardiac MR (CMR) as a reference. : We retrospectively included 53 consecutive patients who received non-contrast chest CT and CMR within three weeks. A deep learning model created cardiac segmentations on axial soft-tissue reconstructions from CT, covering all four cardiac chambers and the left ventricular myocardium.

Objective: To investigate the potential link between differences in bladder neck position and the occurrence of incidental asymptomatic urinary bladder gas on computed tomography (CT) scans in female patients.
Methods: CT scans reports from January 2012 to December 2023 were analyzed in this retrospective study to identify adults presenting with bladder gas. Exclusion was based on factors such as prior urological procedures, urinary tract infections (UTIs), and other potential contributors to bladder gas.

Whipple's disease is a rare bacterial infection that is often present for years prior to diagnosis. Symptoms are nonspecific in the early stages of presentation and are primarily gastrointestinal in nature.
