Importance: Increasing evidence supports the oncologic safety of de-escalating axillary surgery for patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC).
Objective: To evaluate the oncologic outcomes of de-escalating axillary surgery among patients with clinically node (cN)-positive breast cancer and patients whose disease became cN negative after NAC (ycN negative).
Design, Setting, And Participants: In the NEOSENTITURK MF-1803 prospective cohort registry trial, patients from 37 centers with cT1-4N1-3M0 disease treated with sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) or targeted axillary dissection (TAD) alone or with ypN-negative or ypN-positive disease after NAC were recruited between February 15, 2019, and January 1, 2023, and evaluated.
Introduction: Endoscopic ablation is the mainstay treatment for dysplastic Barrett's esophagus (BE), of which radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and argon plasma coagulation (APC) are the most widely available options.
Objectives: We aimed to analyze the safety and outcomes of endoscopic ablation for BE within Polish centers.
Patients And Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data from three high-volume endoscopy units between 2002-2024.

Background: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) has a known poor prognosis. For a select group, those with BRCA mutations, frontline platinum-based therapy and poly (ADPribose) polymerase inhibitors are options that can potentially lead to survival benefit.
Patients And Methods: We present 2 cases of patients with BRCAmutated pancreatic cancer with liver metastases that achieved a remarkable long-term complete remission on platinum-based chemotherapy.

Background: This study evaluated the efficacy of rituximab (RTX) in primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) patients with incomplete remission and drug dependence after long-term use of calmodulin inhibitors (CNIs). It aims for complete clinical and immunological remission, and cessation of CNI dependence.
Methods: Thirty-six patients were enrolled in the study with two groups: drug-dependent and partial remission or immune non-remission group.

Neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy has a substantial impact on locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (LA-ESCC), but the optimal number of treatment cycles is still controversial. Patients who received 2 or 3 cycles of neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy followed by esophagectomy to treat LA-ESCC were included. We compared the responses to neoadjuvant therapy, surgical outcomes, perioperative complications, and treatment-related adverse reactions in the two patient groups.
