Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the wound healing effects of the methanolic and aqueous extracts of N. Robson obtained by two different methods as well as its cytotoxicity, antioxidant activity, and selected phytochemical constituents.
Materials And Methods: Total phenolic and flavonoid contents were measured using spectrophotometry-based methods. The cytotoxic effects of the extracts on L929 mouse fibroblast cells were evaluated by and 2h-tetrazolium,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay. Moreover, migration and spreading of the treated fibroblast cells were assessed by cell scratch assay as an wound healing model. In addition, the chemical content of the species was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).
Results: The results of the cytotoxicity assay indicated that the methanolic and aqueous extract did not have any cytotoxic effect on fibroblast cells at concentrations up to 500 μg/mL. Fibroblast migration was significantly increased by 62 μg/mL concentration of the aqueous extracts compared to the negative control. The extracts showed good antioxidant activity and 16 phytochemical compounds were detected by HPLC, with the highest amount for epicatechin.
Conclusion: The results showed that extracts have wound healing potential and contain several important antioxidant phenolic compounds. This species deserves further investigation aiming to isolate and identify the active compounds.

The discovery of novel counteractive pharmaceuticals, which have recently generated much interest, has played a significant role in the development of drugs derived from herbal medicines or botanical sources. Paederia foetida (P. foetida) is one such example of a role in both traditional and traditional medicine.

Purpose Of The Study: Open (incisional) biopsies have long been accepted as the gold standard in diagnosing bone and soft tissue tumors. However, the main disadvantage of this method is that it can lead to increased contamination, hematoma, infection, and pathological fracture. Compared to open biopsies, percutaneous core needle biopsies are less invasive, do not require hospitalization, have low costs and low complication rates, and there is no need for wound healing in cases that require radiotherapy.

Photothermal therapy (PTT) demonstrates significant potential in cancer treatment, wound healing, and antibacterial therapy, with its efficacy largely depending on the performance of photothermal agents (PTAs). Metal-phenolic network (MPN) materials are ideal PTA candidates due to their low cost, good biocompatibility and excellent ligand-to-metal charge transfer properties. However, not all MPNs exhibit significant photothermal properties, and the vast chemical space of MPNs (over 700,000 potential combinations) complicates the screening of high-photothermal materials.
