The paper proposes a new M2ACD(Multi-Actor-Critic Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient) algorithm to apply trajectory planning of the robotic manipulator in complex environments. First, the paper presents a general inverse kinematics algorithm that transforms the inverse kinematics problem into a general Newton-MP iterative method. The M2ACD algorithm based on multiple actors and critics is structured.

The next-generation gene editing tool, prime editing (PE), is adept at correcting point mutations precisely with high editing efficiency and rare off-target events and shows promising therapeutic value in treating hereditary diseases. Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is the most common type of inherited retinal dystrophy and is characterized by progressive degeneration of retinal photoreceptors and, consequently, visual decline. To date, effective treatments for RP are lacking.

Background: Prior to selective internal radiotherapy of liver tumors, a determination of the lung shunt fraction (LSF) is performed using 99mTc- macroaggregated albumin (99mTc-MAA) injected into the hepatic artery. Most commonly planar but sometimes SPECT/CT images are acquired upon which regions of interests are drawn manually to define the liver and the lung. The LSF is then calculated by taking the count ratios between these two organs.

In US coal mines, the continuous personal dust monitor (CPDM) is frequently used to determine miners' exposure to respirable dust. Capabilities to analyze the respirable crystalline silica (RCS) content of that dust are needed, but the CPDM sample collection substrate ("stub") interferes with direct analysis. To overcome this challenge, a three-step method is proposed to recover the dust from the stub, deposit the dust on a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) filter, and analyze the recovered dust by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) to determine the quartz content (as a proxy for RCS).
