: To describe the development of the Cognition domain of the Hong Kong Comprehensive Assessment Scales for Toddlers (HKCAS-T).: Participants included 345 toddlers aged 18-41 months, with 258 recruited from Maternal and Child Health Centers (MCHCs) and 87 with cognitive delay recruited from Child Assessment Centers (CACs). They were individually administered the 83-item pilot version by medical practitioners or educational psychologists between 2017 and 2019 in MCHCs and CACs in Hong Kong.: Rasch analysis results supported the unidimensionality of the pilot version, after removing six items. Analysis of covariance results indicated that both the 83-item version and the 77-item version could differentiate between children of different age groups, and children with typical development from children with cognitive delay. Internal consistency and interrater reliability were 0.90 or above.: The Cognition domain of the HKCAS-T is a promising developmental assessment tool for the assessment of toddlers. This randomized-controlled study evaluates the effectiveness of a newly developed social cognition rehabilitation intervention, the modified Social Cognition Individualized Activity Lab (mSoCIAL), in improving social cognition and clinical and functional outcomes of persons with schizophrenia recruited in two Italian sites: University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" in Naples and ASST Fatebenefratelli-Sacco in Milan. mSoCIAL consists of a social cognitive training module focusing on different domains of social cognition and of a narrative enhancement module. Introduction: Monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) inhibitors, as an add-on therapy to levodopa, are widely used in Parkinson's disease (PD). The effects of MAO-B inhibitors on quality of life remain unclear, and the aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to assess the efficacy and safety of MAO-B inhibitors on quality of life in different domains.

Aim: To determine the feasibility of combining the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE) and General Movements Assessment (GMA) within a standard follow-up schedule to predict developmental outcomes in infants at risk in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
Method: A total of 201 Sri Lankan infants (128 male, 73 female) were prospectively assessed with the GMA before 44 weeks (writhing movements) and at 3 to 4 months (fidgeting movements), followed by the HINE at 5 to 6 months. Developmental outcomes were assessed using the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, Fourth Edition and clinical assessment after 24 months.
