A 15-year-old female sought multidisciplinary treatment for hypodontia, three-dimensional problems, deep overbite, multiple occlusal interferences, and collapse of the occlusion. Through virtual-digital design with objective decomposition, this patient underwent five steps of orthodontic treatment under the guidelines of the principles: removal of occlusal restriction is a prerequisite; transverse problems are solved first; then sagittal problems; and vertical correction runs through the treatment. After orthodontic and prosthetic treatment, aesthetic appearance and functional occlusion were achieved.

Objectives: Sleep deprivation (SD) is a risk factor for the development of chronic pain in adolescents, significantly affecting pain management and prognosis; however, the mechanisms by which SD influences postoperative pain outcomes remain unclear. Objective: This systematic review aimed to analyze, in neonates, the effects of high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV) with volume-targeted (VT) compared with conventional HFOV.

Introduction: Patellofemoral pain (PFP) is suggested as a precursor of patellofemoral osteoarthritis (PFOA) later in life. This hypothesis is based on shared risk factors for both diseases, such as deviating alignment parameters. In patients with PFOA, certain 2D alignment parameters and 3D shape variations are associated with the progression of PFOA.
