Graves' disease, a common autoimmune disorder, characteristically presents with upper eyelid retraction, causing significant functional and cosmetic concerns for affected individuals. The management of Graves' upper eyelid retraction has evolved significantly over recent years, with various surgical and non-surgical interventions. With aging, facial lines on the forehead and glabella are sometimes converted from dynamic to static giving an aged appearance. Polydioxanone sutures are popular now as a management option in correcting deep static wrinkles on the upper face .This work was conducted to assess the synergistic efficacy of combining Botulinum toxin injection with Polydioxanone threads on the upper face static wrinkles.

This systematic review seeks to assess the effectiveness of different orthodontic and combined orthodontic-surgical approaches for correcting gummy smile, with a focus on treatment efficacy, duration, and the potential for integrating various techniques. The objective is to offer evidence-based recommendations for the optimal management of gummy smile. A thorough search of the literature was conducted in the PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, covering publications from 1 January 1982 to 4 November 2024.

Materials And Methods: A prospective, single-site, single-center, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, comparative clinical trial was conducted. The study included 41 MS patients of both sexes aged 18-50 years with urodynamically confirmed detrusor overactivity.
