To identify factors associated with willingness to participate in a COVID-19 clinical trial and reasons for and against participating. We surveyed Massachusetts (MA, USA) residents online using the Dynata survey platform and via phone using random digit dialing between October and November 2021. Respondents were asked to imagine they were hospitalized with COVID-19 and invited to participate in a treatment trial.

Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) includes approximately 20% of all breast cancer and is characterized by its aggressive nature, high recurrence rates, and visceral metastasis. Pathological complete response (pCR) is an established surrogate endpoint for survival. Objectives: Inherited amino-acid metabolism disorders (IAAMDs) require lifelong protein-restricted diet. We aimed to investigate: 1/ whether IAAMDs was associated with growth, pubertal, bone mineral apparent density (BMAD) or body composition impairments; 2/ associations linking height, amino-acid mixture (AAM), plasma amino-acids and IGF1 concentrations.
Design: Retrospective longitudinal study of 213 patients with neonatal-onset urea cycle disorders (UCD,n = 77), organic aciduria (OA,n = 89), maple syrup urine disease (MSUD,n = 34), or tyrosinaemia type 1 (n = 13).
