The aim of this study is to summarize the outcomes of transfers of mosaic embryos, which were classified according to guidelines and in strong collaboration of reproductologists, clinical geneticists and patients approved as suitable for transfer. Retrospective data were collected from 70 patients from a private IVF center to whom embryos with mosaic changes in chromosomal material were transferred from 2015 to 2019. Implantation outcomes and continuing pregnancies showed slight differences, when compared to fully normal embryos. Artifacts have to be differentiated from undeniable aberrations, and correct interpretation of results must be done with following patient counselling and prenatal testing if necessary.

Fluid flow across a Riga Plate is a specialized phenomenon studied in boundary layer flow and magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) applications. The Riga Plate is a magnetized surface used to manipulate boundary layer characteristics and control fluid flow properties. Understanding the behavior of fluid flow over a Riga Plate is critical in many applications, including aerodynamics, industrial, and heat transfer operations.

Background: Menisci, one of the most important anatomical structures of the knee joint, plays a role in load transfer, stability, shock absorption, prevention of articular cartilage degeneration, and proprioception. Type I collagen, the main component of the meniscus, and type II collagen fibers play an important role in the stability of the knee joint. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Naturagen® 4 Joint product containing type I, II, and III collagen on pain, quality of life, and physical functions in patients with meniscopathy.

Objective: To assess the relationship between endometrial thickness and live birth rates in fresh embryo transfer and frozen embryo transfer with and without preimplantation genetic testing.
Design: Retrospective cohort study using the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology Clinic Outcome Reporting System (SART CORS).
Subjects: Autologous IVF fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles initiated in 2019-2020.

Research Question: To what extent do legislative measures impact standard reproductive outcome parameters?
Design: Retrospective cohort study using data from the Swiss national IVF registry analysing the outcomes of 13,908 women undergoing embryo transfers resulting from their first lifetime oocyte retrieval before (2014-2016) or after (2020-2022) revision of the legislation, allowing extended culture for 12 zygotes. Live birth rates (LBR) and cumulative LBR (cLBR) were compared in fresh and frozen embryo transfer strategies in both periods. Adjusted multivariable mixed model analyses were performed to determine OR and incidence rate ratios (IRR).
