The exploration of novel therapeutic agents and other bioactive secondary metabolite from species, for possible agricultural farming, pharmaceutical and industrialized applications, has been, and still is, essential. The existing studies were aimed with biologically potential species and its antagonistic activity against dreadful microorganisms. Totally, morphological three different actinomycetes were selected from the fertile agricultural lands. Among the three, the isolate SA4 exhibited significant antimicrobial and anti-nematicidal activity towards selected microbial pathogens such as E , and sp The prospective strain SA4 was identified as The isolate SA4 optimized for secondary metabolites production with International project 4 (ISP 4) medium, pH 7.0 at 37 °C for 14 days. Gas Chromatography-Mass spectrometry (GCMS) analysis of strain SA4 bioactive extract publicized the existence of 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis(2-Methylpropyl) ester compound and occupied by high peak area and its possessed significant biological properties.

Infections linked to Acinetobacter baumannii are one of the main risks of modern medicine. Biofilms formed by A. baumannii due to a protective extracellular polysaccharide matrix make them highly tolerant to conventional antibiotics and raise the possibility of antibiotic resistance.

There is a rising tide of concern about the antibiotic resistance issue. To reduce the possibility of antibiotic-resistant infections, a new generation of antimicrobials must be developed. Antimicrobial peptides are potential alternatives to antibiotics that can be used alone or together with conventional antibiotics to combat antimicrobial resistance.

Canine distemper virus (CDV) is a Morbillivirus (Canine morbillivirus) that greatly impacts domestic and wildlife carnivores worldwide. The CDV RNA genome has high genetic variability, evidenced by several lineages that follow a global geographic pattern. The evolutionary trajectories and population dynamics of CDV lineages are still unclear and debatable, particularly in South America, where relatively few sequences are available.

Three strains of members of the family , which can inhibit the growth of some Gram-stain-positive strains, designated M4U3P1, HD4P25 and RD4P76, were isolated from halophytes in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, PR China. A phylogenetic analysis based on the 16S rRNA gene and the whole genome sequences revealed that HD4P25 clustered with YIM 93174 with a similarity of 98.4 %, and RD4P76 shared the highest similarity of 16S rRNA gene with SA4 (97.
