Primary uterine lymphoma is an extremely rare disease. An 11-year-old spayed female domestic short-haired cat presented with a 3-month history of mucopurulent vaginal discharge, lethargy, acute vomiting and constipation. Physical examination revealed vulvar swelling, purulent discharge and a mass in the mid-caudal abdomen.

Background: Bladder duplication is a rare congenital lower urinary tract anomaly disease characterized by the presence of two bladders, possibly with duplication of the urethra. This disease is rarely reported in cats. The clinical symptoms are commonly occult, with increased difficulty in making a definitive diagnosis, especially if there is no obvious urethral duplication.

Spontaneous rupture of the urinary bladder (SRUB) represents an infrequent but critical urological crisis with significant morbidity and mortality risk especially in cases of septicemia. While various factors contribute to its etiology, SRUB often manifests secondary to pre-existing bladder pathologies such as chronic inflammation, neoplasia, iatrogenic radiation exposure, or obstructive uropathy. An 82-year-old male presented with acute, left-lateralized abdominal discomfort.
